Casa Italiana Book Club听

Casa Italiana hosts this monthly book club for informal discussions of听Italian books. The Club is open to anyone 鈥� to practice the Italian language and/or learn about Italy and its culture. The group suggests books, usually by contemporary Italian authors, that reflect the changes that have taken place over time in the language and customs.

Italian Film Series

The听Italian Film Series听and the听Frank DiMino Casa Italiana听are proud to bring contemporary Italian films to the Rochester area.听

Films will be screened at the听Peace Theater (Room A14), located at the lower level of the听Nazareth Arts Center.听There is ample free parking at the center.

The film screening will be followed by a dinner at the听Frank DiMino Casa Italiana,听located in front of the Arts Center.

Film tickets: Free for Nazareth students, faculty and staff. New advance ticket price for Casa Italiana members: $7.50. It is cheaper to purchase tickets ahead of time rather than at the door.

  • Saturday, December 13th, 4PM. Movie: Santocielo,听by Francesco Amato.

Italian Conversation Table听

The Italian Conversation Table is an informal conversation group led by Daniel Speciale and other members of Frank DiMino Casa Italiana. Its goal is to provide attendees with an opportunity to practice Italian in a casual setting.听
