To request permission to stay on campus for any part of Thanksgiving, fill out the online by Friday, November 7.

• You will be notified via email of the approval or denial of your request by Wednesday, November 12.ÌýIf you do not meet the deadline, you will not be authorized to remain on campus or return early.
• If you are approved, you will be charged a daily fee of $50 to remain on campus, automatically added to your student account (depending on reason for staying)

• There is no registration for Senior Week (week leading up to Commencement). Look for emails from your class officers with details of all the week's festivities.

• Your belongings need to be moved out of your room by 10am on Sunday, May 17.

Residence halls (including apartments) are closed by 10 a.m.ÌýTuesday, May 12, 2026.

Students must leaveÌýwithin 24 hours of your last final exam or by 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 12, whichever comes first.

To request permission to stay on campus for any part of time after the end of the semester, fill out the Ìýonline by 4 p.m. Friday, May 1.

• You will be notified via email of either the approval or denial of your request by May 4.Ìý
• Depending on your request and if you are approved, you may be charged a daily fee of $50 to remain on campus, automatically added to your student account.ÌýFor example, if you need to stay for an academic commitment you will NOT be charged the fee.Ìý

August 20-24: Arrival of Incoming First Year Students & Orientation

August 23 & 24: Res halls open at 8:30 a.m. for Returning Students

To request permission to arrive prior to opening weekend (August 25-28), contact Residential Life. The deadline for these requests is Friday, August 1.

You will be notified via email of either approval or denial of your request by Friday, August 8. If you do not meet the deadline, you will not be authorized to arrive early to campus.
